A.S. Gorizia Nuoto

La nostra Società ha il piacere di invitarVi alla 21a edizione del TROFEO DELL'EST, gara Internazionale di nuoto che si svolgerà a Gorizia SABATO 4 & DOMENICA 5 GIUGNO 2011.
SABATO inizio manifestazione alle ore 15:00 (Esordienti B), DOMENICA inizio ore 8:00 nel pomeriggio ore 14.00 (Esordienti A Gruppo 1 e Gruppo 2).

La manifestazione si svolgerà presso la piscina comunale di Gorizia  via Capodistria 8 (olimpionica - metri 50 - 8 corsie - 26°- cronometraggio "Omega Timing" ), in caso di maltempo in vasca interna da metri 25.

Possono partecipare gli atleti regolarmente affiliati  alla Federazione Italiana Nuoto o equivalente federazione europea o extraeuropea. Gli atleti verranno suddivisi in gruppi per le varie classifiche e premiazioni:
GRUPPO 1 nati fino al 1994;
GRUPPO 2 nati dal 95 al 98 (F ) - 97 (M);
ESORDIENTI A: 00-99 (F) e 99-98 (M);
ESORDIENTI B: 02-01 (F) e 01-00 (M).
Le gare previste per Esordienti B sono 50/100 farfalla, dorso, rana e stile libero; per Esordienti A, Gruppo 1 e  2  al mattino 50 farfalla, dorso, rana e stile libero; al pomeriggio 100 farfalla, dorso, rana e stile libero.

PREMIAZIONI GARE:

- TROFEO DELL'EST Memorial Oliva -1° squadra classificata.
- Medaglia ai primi 3 classificati in ogni gara.
- Coppa Memorial Bozzini per 100 dorso Gruppo 2.
- Coppa Memorial Demarchi per 100 rana Gruppo 2.
- Coppa Memorial Portelli per 100 delfino Gruppo2.
- Coppa Memorial Crasnich per 100 stile libero Gruppo 2.

(L’A.S.D Gorizia Nuoto si riserva di aumentare il montepremi a disposizione).

PREMIAZIONI SPECIALI:

- miglior prestazione assoluta maschile e femminile;
- primo nei 100 di ogni stile assoluto;
- record manifestazione;     
- record di società A.S.D. Gorizia Nuoto (riservato atleti società);
- record regionale assoluto (riservato atleti FVG );
- record italiano assoluto  (riservato atleti italiani);     
- record europeo assoluto (riservato atleti europei);
- record mondiale assoluto.

I tentativi di record italiano, europeo e mondiale vanno comunicati prima della manifestazione.

PUNTEGGI A SQUADRE PER OGNI GARA:
Al 1° classificato saranno assegnati 30 punti, 20 al 2° classificato e 10 al terzo.

Le iscrizioni vanno redatte on-line ( richiedere password a: info@gorizianuoto.it ) e devono pervenire al Comitato organizzatore entro il 27 maggio 2011 , indicando cognome - nome - Maschi o Femmine - anno di nascita gara e tempo d’iscrizione. Per ogni concorrente è previsto un max di 2 gare. Limite max totale 500 atleti.
La tassa d’iscrizione è fissata in € 5.00  per gara (non sono ammesse variazioni sul campo gara).

IL PROGRAMMA GARE SARA’ DEFINITO IL GIORNO 28 MAGGIO E DOPO TALE DATA NON SI PRENDERANNO IN CONSIDERAZIONE VARIAZIONI O ASSENZE.

ENGLISH VERSION
Saturday 4 JUNE and Sunday 5 JUNE 2011, Saturday races for Esordienti B starting at 03.00 PM; Sunday races for Esordienti A, Group 1 and Group 2 starting at 08.00 AM and 02.00 PM.

The sport event will be carried out at Gorizia’s Municipal swimming pool (Olympic - 50 m - 8 lanes - Omega Timing), in case of bad weather the indoors swimming pool (25 m) will be used instead.

Regular membership athletes of FIN (the Italian Swimming Federation) or equivalent European /extra European federation can participate. The competitors will be split into two groups for various classifications and prize giving:

GROUP 1 born until 1994;

GROUP 2 born in 95- 98 (F) 97 (M);

ESORDIENTI A: 00-99 (F) e 99-98 (M);

ESORDIENTI B: 02-01 (F) e 01-00 (M).

The distances expected for each competition are described below:

Esordienti B: 50 m dolphin-stroke, 50 m back-stroke, 50 m breast-stroke, 50 m free style;

Esordienti A, Group 1 and Group 2: morning 50m - afternoon 100 m dolphin-stroke, back-stroke, breast-stroke, free style.

COMPETITION’S PRIZE GIVING:

- TROFEO DELL'EST Memorial Oliva 1st team positioned.

- Medals for first 3 positioned in every competition.

- Memorial Bozzini Cup for 100 m back-stroke GROUP 2.

- Memorial Demarchi Cup for 100 m breast-stroke GROUP 2.

- Memorial Portelli Cup for 100 m dolphin stroke GROUP 2.

- Memorial Crasnich Cup for 100 m free style GROUP 2.

(The A.S.D. Gorizia Nuoto society reserves the right to increase the present jackpot with other eventual prizes).

SPECIAL PRIZE GIVING.

- Best absolute man/woman performance;

- First swimmer into 100 m of each style man and woman only GROUP 1;

- Sport event record;

- Regional absolute record (for athletes of  F.V.G only);

- Italian absolute record (for Italian athletes only);

- European absolute record (for European athletes only);

- World absolute record.

The attempts of the Italian, European and world record should be announced before the sport event takes place.

(In case of vacant assignment of the prizes for the Italian, European and world record, the 50% of it will be added to the jackpot for next year’s TROFEO DELL'EST).

 

TEAM’S SCORES FOR EACH COMPETITION:

30 scores will be assigned for the first positioned 20 to the second  and 10 to the third.

The entries must be filled in the proper form and they must arrive at the organizing committee within 28 MAY 2011 to the following addresses: A.S.D. Subscriptions must be prepared on-line request to pass - mail: info@gorizianuoto.it, indicating clearly the surname-name-sex-date of birth, competition and enrollment time.  Only two races for athlete. The entrance free is fixed in 5,00 Euro per competition (variations are not admitted on the competition field).
On-line booking lunch cost € 6,00.

The competition program will be set out the 25 th MAY and after this date changes and absences won’t be considered.
